Cynthia was Beyond AMAZING - she answered the phone immediately, had an estimate emailed within an hour, the carpet ordered the same day and installation was complete within 2 weeks, even though our home was a little bit of a drive. Cynthia even told me by the time she gets calls it's usually the last part of a project to complete/the carpet and they understand that so they try to get the work done as soon as possible - I knew at that moment I had found the right place!

Absolutely LOVE our carpet in bedrooms and living room! Lyn and staff were great, so helpful in helping me with my decision. I needed 2 separate install dates and they worked right around my schedule with no problem. The installers were amazing, so polite and respectful of my home. We just had our house painted inside and I believe I only had one paint touch up. They did a very professional job from start to finish. The final day of installation Lyn called me that same day to see if all went as expected and I was happy. That really impressed me! GREAT SERVICE!!

I am so happy with the flooring that I purchased from Carpet One! The ladies in the office were great and the installers were very good at problem solving and working around our family life. Ours was a big job. Absolutely everyone was polite and tried very hard to please each one of us. I highly recommend Carpet One to anyone!
